LogicFour Terms of Service
Last updated: TO CONFIRM: date
In short. LogicFour grades the quality of listed companies using an AI analysis of their own SEC filings. It never tells you what to buy, sell or hold. These terms say who may use the service, what you may not do with it, and where our responsibility ends.
Who we are
LogicFour is operated by TO CONFIRM: registered legal name, a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in Lithuania TO CONFIRM: confirm legal form and country, company code TO CONFIRM: registration number, registered address TO CONFIRM: registered address. Legal enquiries: TO CONFIRM: contact address for legal and privacy enquiries. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the service at logicfour.ai.
What the service does
You enter a stock ticker. The service retrieves that company's own financial figures from its SEC filings and runs a multi-phase analysis using Google's Gemini large language model. Four investor personas, modelled on the published methods of Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger and Philip Fisher, assess the business against fixed criteria. A synthesis phase produces a score out of 100 and a quality tier, lists metrics to watch at the company's next earnings, and asks you research questions. An optional phase discusses whether the current share price looks defensible. You can answer the research questions and have the analysis re-scored.
The service never issues a buy, sell or hold recommendation, and never a price target. That is a design constraint of the system, not only a disclaimer.
The personas are not the people
The four personas are software simulations of investment methods those investors published. Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger and Philip Fisher, their estates, and entities connected to them have no involvement in this service and have not endorsed, approved or reviewed it. The names identify whose published method each simulation follows, nothing more.
Not investment advice
The service gives no personal recommendations. It does not know your finances, objectives, risk tolerance or portfolio, never asks, and never tells you what to do with your money. Using it creates no adviser–client, fiduciary or similar relationship. The Risk Disclosure explains the limits of the output and forms part of these terms. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
Who may use the service
You must be 18 or older. The service is for your own research. Do not use it to advise clients or as the basis of professional recommendations to others. Access is currently by invitation only, in a private beta, free of charge. You must sign in with a Google account and keep that access to yourself.
Beta status
During the beta the service is provided as-is and as-available. There is no uptime guarantee. Features may change, break or be removed. Each account has a usage limit that caps the analysis costs we will incur for it; when the limit is reached, new analyses pause until it resets or we raise it. We may decline, limit, suspend or withdraw access at any time during the beta. We will usually say why.
Paid plans later
We intend to offer paid subscriptions in future. You will never be charged without seeing clear pricing and actively signing up. Beta access gives no right to future free use. When paid plans launch, we will update these terms and give you notice before anything changes for you.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- scrape the service or access it with automated tools in bulk;
- sell, redistribute or republish reports — they are for your own research;
- share your access or invitation with others;
- probe, disable or circumvent security measures or usage limits;
- attempt to steer or manipulate the model with instructions embedded in your research notes, such as text telling the model to ignore its rules or change its scoring — we may ignore or block such content;
- present the output as advice from us, or as endorsed by the investors named above.
We may withdraw access for breach of these rules.
Your content
Your research notes and answers remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, which includes sending them to our model provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not put confidential or personal information in research notes.
Our intellectual property
The software, design, prompts, persona implementations and the analysis framework belong to us. You may read, save and use the reports you run for your own research. You may not sell, redistribute or republish them.
Accuracy
Reports are generated by a large language model from figures as filed with the SEC. They can be wrong, including confidently wrong. The Risk Disclosure explains this in full.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for decisions made in reliance on the service's output, for indirect losses, or for unavailability or loss of data during the beta. We do not exclude what the law does not let us exclude: liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and TO CONFIRM: fallback cap amount, e.g. EUR 100.
If your breach causes us loss
If your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms causes us loss, including a claim from a third party, you will compensate us for that loss. This does not apply to loss caused by our own breach and does not limit your statutory rights.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in account settings. We can suspend or end your access as described under Beta status, or for breach of these terms. What happens to your data on deletion is set out in the Privacy Policy, including the 30-day recovery window.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the product. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
Lithuanian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent courts of Lithuania TO CONFIRM: venue. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may be able to bring a claim there. Consumers may also refer disputes to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba).
