LogicFour Risk Disclosure

Last updated: TO CONFIRM: date

In short. LogicFour grades the quality of listed businesses. It does not tell you what to buy, sell or hold, and it can be wrong. Read this before relying on anything it produces.

This is not investment advice

The service gives no personal recommendations and no price targets. It does not know your finances, objectives, risk tolerance or portfolio, and it never asks. Nothing it produces is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and using it creates no adviser–client or fiduciary relationship. It grades business quality and discusses whether a price looks defensible. What you do with that is your decision alone.

The output comes from a language model

Every report is generated by a large language model. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. It may misread a figure, miss context a human analyst would catch, or build plausible reasoning on a false premise. Treat every claim in a report as something to verify, not something to rely on.

The figures are as filed

Financial figures come from the company's own SEC filings and are reproduced as filed. We do not audit them and cannot detect misstatement or fraud. If a company's filings are wrong, the analysis is wrong. Where filings could not be retrieved, the report says so; everything in it is then the model's recollection rather than filed data, and should be treated as unverified.

The personas are simulations

The four personas simulate investment methods published by Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger and Philip Fisher. They are not those investors. None of the four, their estates, or any entity connected to them is involved in this service or has endorsed it.

A report is a snapshot

Companies file quarterly. Prices move continuously. A report reflects the filings and price available when it was generated, and it is stale the day after it is written. Re-run the analysis rather than relying on an old report.

Coverage limits

US-registered filers are well covered. Non-US companies with a US listing are covered through their SEC filings, under IFRS or US GAAP and in their own reporting currency. Companies with no SEC registration have no filed figures, and the service has nothing reliable to analyse.

Investing is risky

Every investment carries the risk of losing everything you put in. Past performance says nothing about future results.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consider taking advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

No guarantees

We give no guarantee that any report is accurate, complete or timely.
